Book 8 : 3rd edition - first rough

This was the first rough image for the 3rd generation cover of Allies of the Night. R.V. was too thin in this one, so I asked the artist to fatten him out a bit. The artist also gave us a choice for the design of his hooks -- when I first compared the two pictures, I couldn't spot the difference, and had to check several times before it hit me!!! Have a look at the second version on this site and see if YOU can note what's different at first glance!!!
