D leaned back, handing his arms over the back of the bench. “Maybe revision of last year? I doubt they’ll just jump us with new moves and everything.”

“Well you never know, this isn’t a normal academy anyway, I would assume that they expect us to practice in our own time,” Arc said, then looked at his smart phone again, 20 minutes to class, he hoped that he would be able to carry on his great work from last year in the dojo.

“I’d like to start off learning new things. Just the thought of it makes me excited!” Ayaka smiled. “I’m just happy that we’ve all made so much progress over the past year. I can’t wait to start training again.” She looked at the clock hanging on the cafe wall and stood up. “Well, how about we start setting off?”

Jesse sat with them, listening to their conversation but remained outside of it. Looking anywhere but at them to avoid being drawn into it. He pulled out his own smart phone to check the time. Soon they would have to go into class and he would be back to distancing himself - staying by himself until instructed otherwise.
Hearing the suggestion that they should set off, Jesse straightened his posture faintly so he would be ready to rise and move.

“Probably a good idea,” Arc nodded and stood up, he stretched and yawned then stared to walk in the direction of the stairs to the classrooms

Rising to his feet, Jesse made note of the way that Arc was starting to lead the way towards the class. Naturally, he followed behind him whilst slipping his phone back into the pockets on his jeans. Ignoring the rattling of chains that were attached to them.
Jesse’s eyes sought out the people who were around them. Taking in everything they passed over.

Dimitri looked back at Ayaka, a small smile on his lips, before standing and very slowly following Arc - giving Ayaka time to catch up. His hands in his pockets, he tried his best to rise some interest within himself; normally he would be jumping for joy to go to the dojo, but he was a little out of practise and the thought of getting beat up - probably by one of his own roommates - was not high on his bucket list.

They had reached their classroom, the other two students in their class were waiting outside, two girls, one very short with short black hair, her weapon was a twin blade and the other girl was average height, had blonde long hair and her weapon was a two handed scythe. As Arc turned the corner, the two girls turned and looked at him, but after a second turned away again. Arc stood across the hall from the classroom, he could not see inside, so he had no idea who his teacher would be

After they’d approached the classroom, it took Jesse only mere seconds to stand apart from Arc. Jesse was running over in his mind the pratice that he’d dedicated his time to. Hopefully he wouldn’t be rusty when he got inside the dojo.
Jesse took a mental note of the two girls there and the fact that they looked at Arc. It was nothing new but, like everything else, it was worth taking a note of. He turned his eyes away and recalled on everything he was taught last year in this class. Bringing it to the surface so it would be easier to access in his memory bank.

Ayaka walked behind Dimitri and noticed her other two classmates. In her mind she sighed with relief, she was glad she wasn’t the only girl anymore. But that sigh of relief soon went sour when the two girls turned and glared at her, their faces pulling a judgmental stare. Ayaka turned away from them and let her head hang down. “Come on Ayaka,” her inner monologue spoke, “You can do this. Show them what you can do.” Ayaka held her head up high and smiled. She turned her head towards Arc, Jesse and Dimitri “Are you ready, guys?”

“No crap,” Arc grinned, then sighed, “You know, I really wish that some girls would actually look at some of you guys as well, feels unfair,” he said just as their teacher burst out of the classroom door, it was not their favourite teacher, but a very constructive one, Hunter Seth. The man gestured for the six students to enter and arc obeyed

Jesse trailed behind. He fell into a rather settled pace so he wasn’t walking on Arc’s heels nor was he holding everyone else up. Once inside the distance was put back where it had been and his eyes were back to combing his surroundings. Caressing every part.

Dimitri recognised the dark-haired girl as one he’d hit on the year before. Studiously avoiding her eyes, he entered the dojo and tried to remember everything from their last lesson so long ago. Some important points rose to the surface and he resisted the natural smirk that usually crossed his lips; he’d had some experience with Seth before. Taking up a position just to the left of Arc, as far from the two other girls as he could get, Dimitri flexed his fingers in his pockets. He had a habit of not wanting to do physical activity all the way up until the actual moment he was about to; in that moment all he wanted to do was kick ass. This was that moment. He was restless.

The room was large and open, it had virtually nothing here apart from a door that would open to where they kept the robots. Seth stood in front of the students and raised his arms to his side, “Welcome back to the dojo second years! Now I know all of your names don’t worry, and I have been told everything I need to know about you from your previous dojo teacher, from this I have created specialised robots for each of you, this robots will exploit your weaknesses, however will allow you to work to your strengths too,” Seth smiled then lowered his arms, “But we will see them next lesson, today, I want to see which one of you is the most skilled in this class using duels, winner stays on, any volunteers to go first?” Seth asked. The average sized girl raised her hand. Arc didn’t, he didn’t really like going first in duels.

Robots. Of course robots, Dimitri thought. Because why not, robots were epic. When the girl raised her hand, however, he brought his attention back to reality. He planned on going last, or as close to it as possible, to get a fresh idea of everybody’s fighting styles.
