Katherine went up to the counter, ordering a coffee and sandwich which the ghouls in the cafe knew what type she ment, it was a fix for the month so she didn’t have to kill anyone for meat, to take out as that was the only normal thing she could drink without it tasting metallic and then headed back out into the pouring rain, she tightly held her cup in her hands trying to warm them up, while she took small sips out of it, her hair was now getting wet but she then gently pulled up her hood, looking around her before seeing a suspicious person dressed in a cloak and divided to follow them, wondering where they were going, it was mainly because they didn’t smell like Werewolf or Human and she knew they couldn’t be a vampire because her brother said they were just myths when she was older, sotries to scare the kids. She tried to keep her distance not wanting the other person to notice her presence, she quickly ate her sandwich when she was under someone’s umbrella before chucking the rubbish away, her blues eyes keeping on the man.

Vlad turned on his heel, heading away from the entrance of the alleyway and made his way down the path. To anyone he’d appear like he had somewhere to be, which was made known when a buzz erupted from his pocket, leaving him to reach into the pockets of the cloak and pull out a mobile. He placed it to his ear before clicking the answer button, his eyes quickly darting left and right for any suspicious looking characters. A voice began to speak to him, listing the place that was ‘important’ for him to go to and Vlad took a mental note, wetting his lips when the pavement took a sharp turn.
“I’ll be there as soon as I can.” He stated to the person on the line, aware of them sighing just as he clicked the end call button. Glancing over his shoulder, Vlad made it discreet as he slipped into another alley, though this split into two directions for him to choose from. He knew which one that he needed to take, and he was aware of the smell that seemed to be following him, though he didn’t really care since they didn’t smell like a threat.

Katherine kept following, chucking th cup away once she had finished with it, she rubbed her arms trying to warm them, she never let her eyes wander around, she wanted to keep them on the man, she pulled her sleeves over her hands as a cold air whipped past her. She pulled her hood further down, keeping her distance away, she didn’t even think that he knew that she was following because she thought he was a normal person so she thought he didn’t have a strong sense of smell and couldn’t smell her from the distance she was, to anyone she would jugs look like a person taking the same route as them.

Taking the left, he wandered to the edge of the alley, moving over to a door that was positioned on the wall. The paint was chipping and eroded from years of harsh rain and weather. He reached it, knocking the stiff object open with a ram from his shoulder and slipped into the darkness that enveloped the room within. Testing the ground in front of him with his foot, he slowly became aware of where the stair ended and began his descent. His eyes were quickly adjusting, which he tended to need for the sheer fact that he loitered around in the shadows to avoid drawing attention to himself. He quietly descended, still aware of the presence behind him, though didn’t give away that he knew. After all, if they were curious, and not a threat, let them figure out this little secret. They won’t tell a soul, not without bringing unwanted attention to themselves.

Katherine waited for a bit before going in her self, she was relieved that it seemed they hadn’t noticed them, she steadied her breathing so it wasn’t so loud and she quietened her footsteps as she followed her. He eyes slowly adjusted to the darkness as she followed. She pulled down her hood, letting her hair fall into its normal style. As she followed him she became more and more curious about what was down her think of so many questions going through her head, she just let her curiosity go overboard for once, but then she thought why she was doing this, she never normally did this she normally stayed to herself, she just wasn’t sure.

Vlad knocked down his hood at the bottom of the stairs, but kept moving in an attempt to reach the meeting place, not that he was bothered if he happened to be on time. He was swift and graceful with his movement, no picking up another sent that was familiar to the first one that had began following him, again, they seemed to not be a threat so brushed it off. Placing his hands into his pockets, he heard voices up ahead, walking into a dim circle of light that flooded out from a large underground chamber and picked up a bit more speed. As he walked in, he felt a few older people of his kind shoot disapproving looks in his direction when they noticed the two stragglers behind him, yet came to the same conclusion as he had in the first place.
“Vladimir,” A gruff voice sounded, a man walking over to him. His face was one of disappointment, though that did nothing to distract anyone’s attention aware from his receding hairline, and the fact that he was a tad plump, “We expected more from you.” He stated, shaking his head. Vlad seemed to know what he was talking about because he only scoffed and rolled his eyes.

She looked around her and started to think he was part of a cult or something. She kept following keeping her foot steps quiet but then she just ran to catch up with the man, not really caring if he spotted her now, she wanted to see what he looked like properly. “What’s goes on down here then?” She mumbled, looking around, her white hair slipping behind her shoulders as she looked around. She didn’t expect the man to reply but if he did they she would be very happy about it for once, she also couldn’t understand why she wants to talk to this guys, it was strange

Natasha had followed the fresh scent of dog once she’d finally been let go by the Alpha, and had stumbled across Max and Mark. Keeping deadly silent behind them, she followed what she soon realised was something of a succession leading down a painfully dark stairway. She smiled to herself and crept along behind everyone, keeping an open ear for anyone sneaking up on her.

She froze when the dog barked, afraid everyone would turn and all hell would break loose.

Katherine glanced back sighing heavily, before looking at the person she was following. “I thought you would be older, and for some reason I don’t feel shy around you.” She said, pushing her hair away from her eyes, she glanced around trying to see every detail, she wondered if this was a cult thing and that he was a part of a cult. She gently pushed her sleeves up, preferring them that way they were only down because of the rain

Vlad glanced at her, raising his hand and pressing a finger to his lips, a smirk forming before he went to slip off into the crowd. A man had stepped up to the front of the room, adjusting the old fashioned suit he wore before coughing into his hand, “We’ve gathered here today for a meeting,” He stated rather calmly, glancing around the room at all the faces, old and new, “We’ve gained information that the werewolves are closer to us than believed be.” He stated, causing an uproar of murmurs, and the laughter of children that happened to be weaving in and out of the large crowd. Though, the noise seemed to be dying down once more, as he raised his hand to silence them all.

Katherine looked confused. “She couldn’t understand how they knew about the werewolves, she thought they were normal people with a strange smell, she suddenly became curious about what they were going to say next, so she kept quiet looking at all them as she waited for him to say more. Her blue eye trying to scan each person she could see.

Some were wearing dark clothing, some were not. However, most had old fashioned clothing with the odd set of modern outfits here and there, just as the room went deadly silent once more and the man spoke once again, “However, we’ve gathered some information on where the VWGI are,” He responded, which started up another heated set of murmurs, while the man beckoned to a woman to the side of the room who held two large goblets of what seemed to be wine, “We shall start the rounds now and then I shall finish up this meeting…” The woman passed one goblet to the side of the room she was on, then walked to the other side and passed the goblet to someone there. Vlad stood still during this, waiting for his turn with the goblet with a placid expression upon his face. This meeting was waste of his time, all information that he already happened to know. Pointless.
Once the goblet arrived in his hands, Vlad took a sip from the contents and handed it to the child next to him who repeated the process and passed it on to the next person beside her and it continued to be passed along in a similar matter. The man that had addressed Vlad at the start turned to him, his eyes cold as he regarded the younger male, tutting before he turned on his heel and left him there.
