Tunnels of Blood is by far the best Darren Shan book in this series. It continues the scary saga of the half-vampire and leads you on to believe that Mr Crepsley is the killer when it's really someone or something else. There's some love interest in this book too and tragedy when he loses his friend Evra, not to mention a mysterious capture, a sinister trail, the mad vampaneze and the tunnels of blood. A lot more scary than Goosebumps!
