George smiled and ruffled her hair, but she flinched at the touch, then relax, “oh, it’s just you.”
He smiled, “Still not use to it here, aye?”
She smiled weakly, “not quiet yet.” She admitted.
he just nodded, “You will soon enough.” He looked at Rodger, “If you looking for a vampet, i’d suggest that one over there.” He nodded to a tall, broad man to their left, in conversation with other vampets. “I think you and him would get on fine.”
