Brought Brothers to the Death today and I love it I’ve almost finished it hopefully I can finish it before I go to sleep tonight. I like how the Nazi’s have been brought into it :) And Arra made me Laugh I think my favourite parts of this book so far have been either how Vancha broke into Hitler’s home and threatened him or the big fight between Vancha and Larten that bit surprised me the most. The bit about why Vancha’s hair is green surprised me I guess that’s why tissues were invented. Just another 80 pages to read. I think I know what will happen now this has been my favourite of all the darren shan series.
Update stopped up til 5am this morning so I could finish reading it. Best book of the saga I was surprised by how Wester died I thought it would have been Murlough who killed him not Larten. It was good how it included Truska’s wedding I hadn’t expected to see that in there. I liked how it ended with Larten meeting Steve at the Cirque.
I got it yesterday (I haven’t checked back here and was waiting for the release date, which for some reason I thought was October, then saw it in Tesco and almost died lol). I finished it and it’s just… wow.
I don’t think I’ve ever read a series of books that have made me cry so much haha. [SPOILER] Those last few pages had me properly bawling. As soon as I heard the title months ago, I thought Wester was going to die, but the book went a completely different way than I thought. I thought Wester would side with the Nazis to eliminate the Vampaneze, and Larten would be forced to kill him, but gosh wasn’t I wrong. When he was being told by Sylva it was Wester, not Randel, who killed Alicia, I was like… whoa.
I wish there was more Seba in this book though… he’s one of my favourite characters in the Crepsley series and I just thought that there would have been more of him in this one… strange, but ya know…
Yet again, Darren Shan proving that he has one very very disturbed brain :p
i thourt how the whole wester larten thing was a very good link i really didnt see that coming i also whould like to see more of seba but i wouldnt change a word in this book well done darren and by the way the fight was amazing between vanch and larten

I got it the day before its UK release date because the book people tend to love me because I live in their shop pretty much haha. I havn’t read it yet, and unfortunatly don’t intend to until after my exams because it would be a huge distraction, though I have skipped to the last few pages as I like a good ole spoiler. Loving the ending, can’t wait to read up to it now ;P
