So I was reading Ocean of Blood and I come to the part where they meet Evanna. It’s said Evanna raised Vancha, so by that logic, she’s like his mother.

In the final book in the Cirque du Freak series, Evanna informs Darren that she had a baby with both Vancha and Gannen.

So basically Vancha did it with his mom. O___O (Not his biological mother but still…)

I realized that when I was reading the book too….... it would’ve been creepier if she had been his biological mother “/

I know, I caught that, too.  o_O I was like….what?  Silly Vancha.  <3 XD

Yeah, I picked up on that too - so I thought afterwards when Evanna was pregnant - “well…this is now retroactively awkward! xD”

Yes but doesnt Vancha have a vampaneze brother? so didnt she raise him as well? So she slept with both her “sons”!

Yup, that’d be Gannen Harst - both were blooded Vampaneze, and Vancha was later reblooded a vampire by Paris SKyle. :]

Bec - I don’t think it was mentioned at all that Gannen was raised by her too, but Gannen is related to Vancha by blood so by association Evanna is like his mom. LOL talk about an Oedipus complex. XD

I don’t have my book with me at the moment, it’s at my friend’s house but I do believe Evanna mentioned Gannen but not by name. She was beginning to say something about Vancha not being the only one to be raised by her (implying his brother Gannen Harst) but Vancha suddenly turned angry and stopped Evanna from speaking about it further. From what I recall of course.

I went back and read that part. I think you may be right, but I’m confused by the way it’s phrased. Evanna said “You make it sound as if I carried you alone,” which could be interpreted as she was raising another child too. But before that, Vancha said she handed him over to someone else, making it sound like he’s referring to another person who raised him and not Gannen.

Eh, its open to interpretation for now haha :p

think of who it the right mind go and bang der mam it would acward and even worse how could they bang evanna.well unless she turned into some beutiful women mmmmmmmmmmmm.

No surprise to me. Vancha will go for anything that is classified as “female.” And when I say any, I mean ANY.

I think there were references to both Gannen, ( the ‘you make it sound like i carried you alone’), and then to the fact that Evanna had originally handed him over to a vampaneze master along with Gannen (being handed over to another).  And the personal connection he and Evanna had did make me do a double take on children front, but I suppose they were like the greek gods, it just doesn’t really matter ;P
