Lord Loss ~ USA Proof

The cover from the American ARC (Advance Reading Copy -- known as a Proof in the U.K.) of Lord Loss. My publishers are planning to change the cover entirely before the actual book is released. When they came up with this cover, they didn't realize there would be several books in The Demonata series. When they found out, they decided to change the style and look of the cover, to create a cover type which they could use for a lot of books -- i.e. they felt that if they used a photo-type cover like this every time, it would be hard to keep the covers looking fresh and original over the course of a long series. So, as cool as this cover is, it's being discarded in favour of something that will work even better!!!!
