The Saga of Darren Shan

Notes:

This was one of the early, rough images for the cover for the 3rd generation cover of The Vampire Prince. We wanted to include the Stone of Blood on this cover, and also give Kurda a suave but olde worlde kind of look. This first approach, we all agreed, didn't quite nail what we were after -- though I think that hair style is far scarier than anything I've ever written!!!!! :-)
